Karol Pazdur graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in 2005. He then completed judicial training and passed the Polish judicial qualifying examination (egzamin sędziowski) in 2008, and in 2011 was admitted to the Kraków Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law.
He conducts court proceedings, in particular in civil, commercial, employment and social security matters, as well as criminal cases, administrative and administrative court proceedings, and arbitration. His judicial training lets him assess a case the way a judge will: which arguments and evidence will matter and which will not. That is why, before recommending litigation, he gives an honest assessment of the chances and costs – and looks for a settlement when that is better for the client.
He has more than a decade of experience in administrative and administrative court proceedings, arbitration, and civil, commercial, criminal and social security cases. He analyses legal status and prepares legal opinions.
