Anna Pazdur graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in 2005. She continued her studies in Heidelberg and Mainz as a member of the European Doctoral College, and completed the School of German Law and the School of Austrian Law at the Jagiellonian University. After the professional training for Polish attorneys-at-law (aplikacja radcowska) and the Polish professional qualifying examination (egzamin radcowski) she was admitted to the Kraków Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in 2010.
She is fluent in German and advises clients from Germany and Austria as well as Polish companies with German-speaking shareholders. Knowing both legal systems helps her explain to clients how Polish rules differ from those they know from home.
She has very considerable experience in advising on consumer matters and complaints about goods and services, in drafting and reviewing contracts, and in preparing all kinds of letters and demands. She conducts court proceedings in civil, commercial and family matters, monitors debt recovery on an ongoing basis and analyses the legal status of properties, in particular land and mortgage registers.
