Halina Peszek graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 1986 and a few years later opened her own practice, from which today’s firm has grown. She has been an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) since 1993, admitted to the Kraków Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law.
She practises civil, commercial, cooperative, employment and family law. From the outset she has worked by a single rule: clients should know that someone is genuinely looking after their affairs – not in general terms, but specifically, case by case. The whole team works on that principle.
She has very extensive experience in advising and providing legal services to private individuals, businesses, companies, housing cooperatives and communities of unit owners (wspólnoty mieszkaniowe), and in conducting court proceedings in civil, commercial, real estate, employment and family matters. She specialises in drafting, negotiating and reviewing all kinds of contracts, and also has experience in business advisory work.
