6. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser on your device. Our website uses a single technical cookie named “wire”. It is necessary for the website to work and to protect the contact form against abuse; it is not used for tracking or marketing and is deleted when you close your browser. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not require your consent.
The website does not use analytics or advertising tools, does not set third-party cookies and does not load resources from external servers (fonts and images are hosted on our own server).
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the technical cookie may prevent the contact form from working – in that case please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
7. Technical data and security
The server hosting the website records standard technical data in its logs (including IP address, date and time of the visit, and browser type). These are used solely to keep the website secure and working properly. To protect the form against spam, for one hour after a message is sent we store a hash of the IP address from which the address itself cannot be read.
8. Professional secrecy
Attorneys-at-law are obliged to keep confidential everything they learn in connection with providing legal assistance. We treat the information you send us in an enquiry as confidential.
