2. The purposes of processing Your personal data and the legal basis for processing.
The company will process Your personal data: name, surname, if provided, email address and telephone number, in order to: provide answers to Your questions, including contacting you for this purpose. The legal basis for the processing of Your data is our legitimate interest in the possibility of providing an answer to the questions regarding the Company’s business activity and establishing cooperation with You or Your employer / entity that You represent. The legal basis for the processing of Your data is the Company’s legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining relationships as part of the Company’s business. The company does not carry out automated decision-making regarding You, including profiling referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR.
3. Period of storing of Your personal data.
We will process your personal data during the period of maintaining our current relationship (e.g. answering questions, presenting offers, exchanging correspondence), and after the termination of the relationship for a period of one year. After this period, the Company may contact You to ask about the possibility of further processing of Your data.
4. Recipients of Your personal data.
We will transfer Your personal data to persons employed by the Company, service providers to whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT services. Such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with the Company.
